With 19 years of leadership experience spanning classroom instruction, school administration, and multi-campus executive oversight, Brandon House brings both practitioner depth and organizational perspective to his work. His frameworks were developed through the demands of real school leadership — not theory — and have been implemented across diverse school environments at scale.
Brandon House didn't arrive at school leadership consulting from a university research lab or a corporate boardroom. He arrived from the principal's office — from walk-throughs and staffing decisions, from budget meetings that test whether a leader actually believes what they say about their school's mission.
Before transitioning to consulting, Brandon spent nearly two decades building and leading schools. He began in the classroom in 2007, advanced through every level of school leadership, and ultimately served as Head of Schools for a network of 1,200+ students — where he opened four campuses, built leadership teams from the ground up, and was accountable for the full complexity of running a growing educational organization.
That experience is the foundation of his consulting practice — not a credential that predates it. The frameworks he brings to schools and districts were developed in real buildings, stress-tested under real conditions, and refined through the kind of accountability that only exists when student outcomes are on the line.
Brandon founded House Leadership Group on the belief that school systems deserve more than motivational keynotes and generic professional development. District and school leaders deserve practical frameworks, rigorous coaching, and a partner with the organizational experience to understand what implementation actually requires — and what sustainable school improvement actually demands.
Brandon's value to a school system isn't just what he knows — it's the range of contexts in which he's had to apply it. From first-year teacher to multi-campus executive, he has led through every phase of school leadership. That breadth of experience shapes both the rigor of his frameworks and the precision of his coaching.
Three beliefs that shape every engagement, every framework, and every coaching conversation — and the reason his approach works differently than anything you've tried before.
